We are discussing a much talked about trend today. You would have heard of capes, of course! With capes hitting the runway and trickling down to the very nooks and corners of Oxford Street, Singapore or 5th Avenue, New York, it was only a matter of time that they would find their way into the Indian fashion scenario. Capes are an alternative to the dupatta in many ways I feel and I say it because, a) they cover your body, b) they are graceful. So here you see a little girl laugh and giggle as she twirls around in a beautiful marsala coloured outfit. Perfect for weddings, a bride-to-be can easily wear this colour for her wedding and look extremely glamourous. The idea here is not to ask you to buy the same clothes but to take inspiration and styled yourself similarly. A statement gold clutch, a messy updo, some earrings and maybe a bracelet is all I styled this outfit with, because of course I wanted the emphasis to be the gown/lehenga. Try minimal make up, it works wonderfully if you ask me! These beautiful outfits are all available at Monsoons, Ahmedabad and you could easily pay a visit and find some amazing stuffs!
